At Blueair, we are committed to ensuring your home has the cleanest air possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your air purifier or replacement filters within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories, to ensure the unit remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
